Buckwheat honey from Kazakhstan is produced in apiaries near fields sown with buckwheat in Eastern Kazakhstan. This honey has a very thick consistency and a dark, almost black color. One of the characteristics of buckwheat honey is its high iron content, which is why it is recommended for anemia. In addition to iron, it has a wide range of trace elements and vitamins. Therefore, this honey is recommended for avitaminosis, to treat internal bleeding and to improve capillary permeability. Not recommended for people with a weak heart and hypertension.
