Pryaniki started in 900s Russia. It was first called "honey bread." It had rye flour, honey and berry juice. Over time, pryaniki got spices from trade like cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cumin.
Glazed Honey Cookies are like gingerbread. They use wheat flour and honey for a summer flower taste. The cookies are soft which goes well with drinks like tea and coffee.
