White cream honey or Sainfoin honey, also known as lupinella honey, is a variety of floral honey made from the nectar and pollen of Onobrychis viciifolia blossoms.

Sainfoin honey contains various antioxidants, such as flavonoids, phenolic acids, and enzymes, that help protect the body against oxidative stress and reduce the risk of chronic diseases.

Buckwheat Cream Honey

Buckwheat honey is a highly nutritious honey made by bees that collect nectar from buckwheat flowers known as Fagopyrum esculentum.

Buckwheat honey supports immune function, is used for soothing sore throats and coughs. It has also been found to help keep blood sugar levels down for people with diabetes.
